Occasionally, we offer voluntary internships to individuals interested in a short placement (of around one month) at the Centre. Interns can expect to be involved in a range of research, administrative, and event-orientated activities as part of the on-going work of the Centre. Strong writing, research and communication skills are essential.
If you would be interested in applying for a volunteer internship at the Centre for Policy Studies please email a CV and covering letter to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your experience, academic qualifications and particular areas of interest in UK public policy. Please also indicate your dates of availability.
Due to a high volume of interest please note that we are only able to respond to short listed candidates.
The Centre for Policy Studies wants to engage young people with an interest in public policy by giving students a chance to become published writers and get more involved in the world of public policy.
Simply write an article of no more than 500 words about a current policy problem, or in response to a solution that has been put forward elsewhere and submit it using the form below. The best articles will be selected and published alongside the work of current research fellows and authors within our Blog section.
To be kept up to date on the work of the CPS, including details of internship opportunities, sign up to our student emailing list via the form below or alternatively join our Facebook or Twitter feeds.
