As everyone should now know, the World Health Organisation has issued its update on swine flu. 74 countries have officially reported 28,774 cases of influenza A(H1N1) infection, including 144 deaths.

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, along with the NHS, is currently issuing its leaflet on "Important Information About Swine Flu", which gives timely information about the disease and what members of public can do to protect themselves from the risk of catching and spreading the virus.
