CPS Director Tim Knox was quoted in the Sunday Times on the toughening of social attitudes in favour of self reliance.
“Tim Knox, director of the Centre for Policy Studies think tank, said: “There’s a crisis of confidence in all the great British institutions — perhaps with the exception of the army. “Taxes go up but they don’t feel an equal increase in the quality that they receive, so there is disillusionment with the state. There is the feeling: ‘I’m doing more but getting less’.””
